Milcris’ approach is based on a defined methodology that addresses the needs of the project throughout its life cycle, from inception through to completion and handover. We aim at delivering places of value to those that inhabit them.

Milcris’ plan of work organises the progress of designing, constructing, maintaining, and operating building projects into several key Work Stages. The sequence or content of Work Stages may vary, or they may overlap to suit the procurement method and the project programme.

• Providing detailed tender drawings and specifications
• Evaluation and recommendations for the selection of the Contractor
• Supervision of the project during the execution
• Monitor progress and quality of work and manage progress meetings
• Tests on completion and taking over
